• Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over $500 within eligible delivery regions.
• International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local government charges.
• Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
• Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

9. Freight Deliveries

Certain engines and transmissions are shipped by freight.

Customers must inspect freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt.

If visible damage is present:

• Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
• Take photographs immediately.
• Notify both the carrier and Pure Torque Motors within 24 hours.

Failure to inspect freight deliveries may affect shipping damage claims.

10. Returns & Order Cancellations

Customers should contact us before returning any product.

Authorized returns must be:

• Unused;
• Uninstalled;
• In their original condition;
• Returned with all supplied accessories where applicable.

Special-order items and custom-requested products may not be eligible for cancellation or return.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

• Vehicle downtime;
• Rental vehicle expenses;
• Loss of business or income;
• Towing charges;
• Labor costs;
• Diagnostic expenses;
• Additional repair costs;

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product.
